We went hiking with Bear a couple weeks ago. Bear really enjoyed swimming in the spring, but I think it was still a little cold. Daren said I was just being a worried mom, but there was still snow on the top of the hill. Daren also thinks he found a good fishing spot, but I'm not sure he's going to have time for much fishing before we go.
Looks like a great hike! Time is running down, huh.... better just keep getting in all that you can from Pocatello. We will miss you guys tons!! Love you, LaRaine and Cory
ReplyDeleteMiss us, now you have to be Grandma's traveling partner to come see me. Well, maybe some time. Did mom tell you? We're leaving the Tuesday after Memorial Day. So even less time then we thought.
ReplyDeleteoooooo..........no she didn't tell me that... how sad :( Be careful and let us know how the trip is going. Yup, I'm close to an airport you know, straight shot to Salt Lake and then to Iowa...... Daren, you'd better keep Cory posted on the hunting opportunities there. Cory says he remembers Iowa "smells like dirt"... see what you think when you drive through.
ReplyDeleteWe'll keep you posted. Daren can't wait for hunting season. It only takes thirty days to establish residency and a valid hunting liscense from another state so he doesn't have to retake hunter's ed. So he'll be deer hunting this year.
